Britannica Resources of Val d’Or, QC, has named Michel David as president and CEO and Jeffrey Cocks as chairman.

Edward Ellwood and Eric Plexman have joined Winnipeg-based Gold Reef International as president/CEO and corporate secretary/CFO, respectively. Former president/CEO Maxwell Polinsky has resigned from those positions but remains on the board.

Donald Grant Willoughby has resumed his previously held position as VP corporate development for Vancouver-based Goldrush Resources. He will be located in Toronto.

Roca Mines of Vancouver has named Robert W. Chambers to the role of VP environment and sustainability. He is a geotechnical engineer with over 20 years experience in the discipline. Roca also won the 2009 Mining and Sustainability Award recently presented by the Mining Association of British Columbia.

Thomas Callicrate has joined Teras Resources of Calgary as VP exploration, and Thomas Mancuso is the company’s new VP project development.
