Colt Resources of Montreal has named Declan Costelloe as executive VP and COO.

Cornerstone Capital  of Mount Pearl, NL, has tipped H. Brooke Macdonald to succeed Glen H. McKay as president of the company. Macdonald graduated from Queen's University and is a member of the bar in British Columbia and New York. McKay will continue his obligations as executive vice-chair and CEO.

The new COO of Vancouver-based Greystar Resources is David Heugh, effective March 7, 2011. He will be based in the company's office in Colombia as the Angostura project moves toward production.

Mineral Mountain Resources of Vancouver has named J. Garry Clark to its board of directors. He is also the executive director of the Ontario Prospectors Association. Mark I. Kilby, a founder of the company, has stepped down from the board in order to focus on the Kootenay Arc gold project.

Vancouver-based Selwyn Resources has expanded its management team with the appointment of Stephen Rea as VP corporate development and Wolfgang Schleiss as manager of exploration.
