Chairman Lukas H. Lundin has been named interim CEO at Toronto's Denison Mines following the retirement of Peter Farmer following the recent annual meeting.

 

The new president and CEO of Vancouver-based Geodex Minerals is Mark Fields. He replaces Jack Maris who has announced his retirement but will serve as interim chairman of the company. Fields is a geology graduate of the University of British Columbia and holds a BComm from Queen's University.

 

Golden Band Resources of Saskatoon has named Archibald Nesbitt to its board of directors.

 

Roland Aurich is the new president and CEO of Siemens Canada in Mississauga, ON. He is a long-time employee of the company and was most recently president and CEO of Siemens AB in Sweden.

 

Tamerlane Ventures of Blaine, WA, has asked Wolfgang Schleiss to be its VP exploration.
