David Wahl has joined Toronto-based DUMONT NICKEL as a director. He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and a past director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
Vancouver-based FINNING INTERNATIONAL, the world's largest dealer of Caterpillar equipment, has two executive changes. Juan Carlos Villegas, currently VP power systems for Finning (Canada), has been appointed president of Finning South America effective Aug. 1. Brian Bell, current president of Finning South America, will assume the role of executive VP of corporate strategy and customer solutions for Finning International effective Sept. 1, 2006.
