FIRST GOLD EXPLORATION of Montreal has named Eric Leboeuf president and CEO. He is a former stockbroker and founded an investor relations firm in 2001.

Victor Rozon is the new VP projects at GOLD HAWK RESOURCES of Vancouver. He has been plant manager for Cambior’s former bauxite operation in Guyana and commissioning manager for AMEC at De Beers’ Victor diamond project.

Vancouver-based GRYPHON GOLD CORP. Has made John L. Key the company’s new COO. He left Teck Cominco after running the Magmont, Polaris and Red Dog mines and serving as general manager of projects.

INTERNATIONAL PBX VENTURES has named George Sookochoff CEO. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, he has consulted extensively with junior exploration companies in advanced methods of data acquisition, processing and management.

Toronto’s MEDORO RESOURCES announced the appointment of Robert Doyle as CEO. Giuseppe Pozzo, currently CEO and president, will retain the role of president.

The SKF GROUP has named Joao Ricciarelli president of SKF CANADA LIMITED. He succeeds Jan Lindhe who has wrapped up a 40-year-long career with the company.
