Vancouver-based Goldgroup Mining has named Dustin VanDoorselaere as the company’s VP operations. A graduate of Laurentian University, he had been Goldgroup’s projects manager since May 2011. The company also noted that its VP technical and projects, Patrick Glynn, has resigned to pursue other interests.

Nemaska Lithium of Quebec City has hired Daniel Dufort as VP operations, replacing Pierre Demers. Previously Dufort held the same title at Labrador Iron Mines.

Greg Johnson has been named president and CEO of Vancouver’s Prophecy Platinum Corp. He has over 25 years of experience in the exploration and development sector, and has been involved in raising over $650 million in project financing. Prior to joining Prophecy, he held the same roles at South American Silver.

Reliant Gold Corp. of Toronto has named Kabir Ahmed as president and CEO. He is the founder and a former CEO of the company. Ahmed replaces Andrew Hara, who will remain on the board of directors.

Vancouver-based Terreno Resources Corp. has appointed Bruce Keith to the role of president and CEO. He has extensive experience in Latin America and is a graduate of Queen’s University. He also holds a MA in international law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
