Toronto-based WOLFDEN RESOURCES has named John B. Knapp as VP of operations for the company’s Nunavut projects (High Lake and Ulu).

A new management team has been appointed at OSPREY GOLD OF Orangeville, Ont. The executives are president Gordon Leliever, VP Douglas Budden, mining engineer A.C.A. Peter Howe, senior staff geologist Frank P. Puskas, and Gerald Colborne.

Duncan Gibson has joined the board of FNX MINING in Toronto. He recently retired from the position of vice-chairman of the TD Bank Financial Group.

AMADOR GOLD of Vancouver has retained Kevin Leonard to act as project geologist at its KPM property near Kenora, Ont.

Andr Audet has accepted the post of chairman and CEO of Vancouver’s EVERTON RESOURCES. Marc L’Heureux, who previously consulted for the company, is now its VP of exploration and acquisitions. Dwane Brosseau assumes the role of manager of investor relations.

SOUTHERNERA RESOURCES is appointing Trevor Schultz to its board, effective Jan. 1, 2004. Schultz is retiring from the helm of Ashanti Goldfields at the end of this year.

Lorne Gordon has joined the board of Vancouver-based VANNESSA RESOURCES. He formerly worked at Manalta Coal as VP and general manager.

WESTERN OIL SANDS has named former Falconbridge president Oyvind Hushovd and Dynatec executive John Lill to its board of directors under the leadership of chairman Geoffrey Cumming.
