The new president and CEO of International Northair Mines will be Andrea Zaradic, who previously held those positions at Troon Ventures. She holds a masters degree in mechanical engineering from the University of British Columbia. David Ernst, who holds geology degrees from Western State College Colorado and Easter Washington State University, will become VP exploration. Current president and CEO Fred Hewett is retiring. The changes come into effect after the company closes a private placement on Sept. 1, 2014.

Calgary-based Karnalyte Resources has named Thomas Drolet its president and CEO. He had been serving as acting president since May 2014.

Redhill Resources Corp. of Vancouver has appointed Paul McDougall as CEO and Jamie Carlson as president and COO. Both men have previous associations with OSUM, a private company interested in the Athabasca oil sands.

Robert Byrd is the new COO of Vancouver's Santacruz Silver Mining. He was most recently country manager for Silver Standard Resources in Mexico. Byrd replaced Francisco Ramos who has stepped down.
