Quaterra Resources of Vancouver says Dr. Thomas Patton will move from his position as president and CEO to become chairman. Previous VP and general manager of Yerington, Steven Dischler, takes over as president and CEO. Dr. Michael Berry has replaced Lawrence Page on the board of directors.

Rail-Veyor Technologies Global of Sudbury, ON, has recruited Frank Ward as its new VP sales and marketing.

The  new CEO at Vancouver-based Tango Gold Mines is Andrew James Neale. He was part of a private management group that expanded the Hemco gold mine in Nicaragua, and then it was sold to local interests. Before that, Neale was VP technical services for Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold.

Sergey Kashuba is the new COO of White Tiger Gold in Toronto. He has extensive experience in economic assessment, financing and trading in gold deposits in Russia and CIS countries.
