Vancouver's Banks Island Gold is offering 2.5 million flow-through share units that will raise $4 million in working capital.

Woulfe Mining Corp. of Vancouver has raised $1 million, thanks to an investment by Korea Zinc Co. Woulfe's flagship property is the Sandong tungsten mine in South Korea that it intends to return to production by year end.
