SUDBURY – INDEPENDENT NICKEL CORP. is the new name selected for replace Seymour Exploration. The new company will trade under the stock symbol INI. The name change was made to reflect the company’s strategy of building nickel resources, such as its 100% share of the former Lynn Lake mine in northern Manitoba.

The Lynn Lake deposits were mined by Sherritt Gordon from 1953 to 1976. Independent Nickel estimates that measured and indicated resources on the property total 6.3 million tonnes grading 0.85% Ni and 0.39% Cu.

The company may still be reached at 705-521-1577 or send mail to 102-957 Cambrian Heights Drive, Sudbury, ON P3C 5M6. The new website is www.IndependentNickel.com.
