"Just read your article on high-grade gold in Canada," wrote mineral technologist Duane Studer of North-Sask Ventures. "Check out Golden Band, EP zone drill program in Saskatchewan. Holes drilled with HQ-size (63.5 mm) core returned grades of 316 g/t over 1.5 m and 271 g/t over 2.6 m in separate holes. The 16-hole program returned very encouraging gold values that ranged from several grams up to 44 grams in every hole."
Studer admits to preferring gold exploration to uranium, the hottest mineral in northern Saskatchewan. North-Sask has an interest in a property adjoining that of Golden Band, so he follows his neighbour's exploration efforts and releases.
