MANITOBA - WALLBRIDGE MINING CO. of Toronto and SEYMOUR EXPLORATION CORP. have acquired the historic Lynn Lake nickel mine property in the northern part of the province. The property covers the past-producing Lynn Lake mine and includes the highly productive A plug intrusion, which hosted 10 orebodies. The Lynn Lake mine was operated by SHERRITT GORDON MINES continuously from 1953 to 1976, when a total of 20.1 million tonnes of ore was mined at an average grade of 1.023% Ni and 0.535% Cu.
Wallbridge and Seymour have incorporated the LYNN LAKE NICKEL MINING CO. LTD. to explore and develop the property.
