NICKEL EXPLORATION Property near Timmins Returns 11.8% Ni

NORTHERN ONTARIO The Dundonald nickel project near Timmins has returned assays as high as 11.84% Ni over 1.7 metres for its owner FIRST NICKEL of Toronto. The high grade was noted in the company's results for 13 diamond drillholes, some of which also returned gold/PGE values.

First Nickel is testing a North and a South sector at the property. Both strike east-west, dip steeply to the south, and are centred approximately 125 metres apart. They are hosted by an Archean komatiitic volcanic package. The company says the very high-grade intersection occurred in the North sector. Definition drilling on the South zone is continuing.
