Topics

Please note that the item that appeared on this web site regarding sending
business cards to a Georgia address of the Make-a-Wish Foundation for a young
boy with a brain tumour, was a fraud that has been making the rounds for a
few years, according to Make-a-Wish Foundation of Canada. We have deleted the
item from our web site, and hope that our readers were not taken in, as we
were. Sad to say, we have to be more diligent in checking out all pleas for
help.

Any letters or cards that have already been sent to the address will be
removed by the receiving post office and destroyed. More information about
the fraud is available at www.makeawish.ca under "Chain Letters".
