PLAINVILLE, Illinois – Veolia Water Technologies is sponsoring a $2,000 scholarship to be awarded at the Society of Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME) 2015 Annual Conference & Expo in Denver, CO. The Veolia scholarship is in addition to the scholarships that SME offers.
One specific criterion for the Veolia scholarship is that the applicants show an interest to pursue a career in water related matters within the mining industry. The recipient of the Veolia scholarship will be recognized during the SME Environmental Division luncheon at the SME Annual Meeting and Exhibit.
Submissions are due by October 15th, 2014.
