VALLEYVIEW, Ohio - IROCK Crushers now offers the TS-409 open style feeder track screening plant. This screener, one in a line of five IROCK models, is designed for small- to mid-size producers who need a more economical, more compact screening plant and do not require as much capacity.

The TS-409 is suitable for materials such as sand and gravel, asphalt, coal, limestone and demolition debris. It is powered by a 66.2 hp Deutz engine and is capable of processing materials at a rate of up to 270 t/h. In terms of transportation, the equipment can be loaded onto a trailer to move from site to site, and has a set-up time of 10 minutes or less.

The smallest screening plant in its class, the TS-409 features an open style hopper feeder with a 3.8 m3 capacity and a 1,065-mm-wide belt feeder conveyor. Capable of accurately and consistently sizing materials up to 305 mm in size, the TS-409 has two 2.75 by 1.20-metre decks for a total of 6.6 m2 of screening area. This design allows users to produce and sort products in up to three different sizes, and the decks can be interchanged so customers have more control over end-product size. The entire working unit measures just over 12.5 metres long.

Ground level greasing points for the bearings make it easy to perform maintenance on the TS-409. The engine compartment is also easily accessible and maintenance friendly.
