ST. CATHARINES, Ontario – W.S. Tyler introduces a 1.2-metre-wide version of its F-Class vibrating screen. Due to its consistent g-force, the F-Class is known to drastically reduce blinding and pegging, even when screening sticky material. The innovative screening system is now available in widths ranging from 1.2 to 3.0 metres, providing double eccentric screening solutions to any size operation requiring minimal vibration transmission.

The F-Class features an advanced eccentric shaft design, supported by four high performance, double spherical roller bearings. The double eccentric shaft creates a constant positive stroke that handles material volume spikes without losing momentum. Multiple screens can be placed side by side while minimizing expensive heavy structures. Furthermore, the design keeps noise to a minimum.

Designed for operations that require a smaller footprint and capacity, the 1.2-metre F-Class can process up to 300 t/h while providing efficient, accurate sizing. It precisely screens virtually any material from 75 mm down to 20 mesh.

To provide maximum versatility, the F-Class can run with up to three screen decks. The unit features inclines from 15° to 25° and comes with a base frame that allows for simple installation in a customer’s existing structure.

W.S. Tyler’s screening experts consult with every customer to personalize the machine and optimally adapt to each operation, multiple variables such as deck set-up, wear lining and speed and stroke combinations are available to meet application requirements. Prior to shipping and after commissioning, all screens undergo extensive testing, inspections and vibration analysis. This process ensures each customer achieves optimal performance within the their specific operation and performance targets.

The F-Class is backed by a standard 18-month warranty from date of shipment, 12 months from the installation date, or 6,000 operation hours – whichever comes first. This warranty can be increased with optional customer specific warranty upgrade packages.
