ARGENTINA - The latest estimate from Vancouver-based IMA EXPLORATION's Navidad property in Patagonia puts resources at 93.4 million tonnes containing 305.7 million oz of silver and 2.9 billion lb of lead. The ore grades 102 g/t Ag and 1.41% Pb. The company says it has defined nearly continuous, near-surface mineralization over a strike length of 3.6 km of the Navidad Trend.

More complete tables are available at the company's website www.IMAexploration.com, showing the resources broken down by deposit at different cut-off grades, as well as a map showing the distribution of currently estimated resources.

Adanac has also conducted metallurgical studies focused on using flotation technology to produce a high-grade lead concentrate and variable-grade silver concentrate. The most recent tests done at SGS LAKEFIELD indicated that the silver concentrate is amenable to pressure oxidation under neutral-to-alkaline conditions followed by atmospheric leaching using calcium thiosulphate. Bench-scale testing of low-grade concentrate recovered between 87% and 89% of the silver.
