QUEBEC – NQ Exploration of Laval, QC, has released the initial resource estimate for its 100% owned Carheil silver property in the northern Abitibi region. The Ag1 zone contains 379,000 indicated tonnes at 120.5 g/t Ag or 1.47 million contained oz of silver. Inferred resources in the Ag1 and Ag2 zones total 1.56 million tonnes at 94.6 g/t Ag or 4.76 million oz of silver. The Ag1 zone is unexplored to the northwest and open at depth in the Nordest area.

Besides silver, the polymetallic Ag1 zone has enriched values of lead, zinc, copper and gold. The above mentioned zones were assayed only for their silver content.

The 43-101 report, prepared by Micon International of Toronto, recommends that drilling continue along the known mineralized trends and the potential for other areas of mineralization should be assessed along the diorite-rhyolite contact. The report is available in its entirety at NQExploration.com.
