PERU - DYNACOR of Montreal plans to restart production at its Pasto Bueno tungsten mine in July 2006. Mine rehabilitation is complete, and the company is putting the finishing touches on the existing 250-tonne/day mill. The mill will be restarted with tailings from the 1998-2002 period of operation. It will be fine-tuned with higher grade ore mined and stockpiled four years ago. Freshly mined ore will be fed to the mill at a rate of 50 tonnes/day at the beginning, and design capacity should be reached in early 2007.

The Pasto Bueno mine, located in the northern part of Peru, has proven and probable reserves of 223,570 tonnes averaging 2.04% WO3. The property has the potential for an additional 1.0 million to 1.6 million tonnes of resources below the lowest developed level.

Dynacor recently adopted a shareholder rights plan that is posted at www.Dynacor.com in the News Room.
