VANCOUVER - GEMCOM SOFTWARE INTERNATIONAL has added a new module to its popular Surpac geology and mine planning software. The new module offers auditability and repeatability of underground design plus full integration with Gemcom's MineSched production scheduling program.
The underground design module offers a logical, visual design process using a flowchart-based approach. Parameters are user-defined and stored in a secure database. The program also has a wide applicability to the diverse needs of different types of underground mines.
