LABRADOR - Vancouver-headquartered AURORA ENERGY says recent drilling has expanded the size of its Jacques Lake deposit and that the mineralization extends at least to a depth of 235 m. Company president Mark O'Dea is hopeful that further work will outline a "significant" uranium district in the Central Mineral Belt.

Two recent holes cut intervals of 29.42 m at 0.11% U3O8 and 27.50 m at 0.13%. Four other holes failed to return significant values. Mineralization has been intersected intermittently over a strike length of approximately 600 m.

Aurora Energy was founded in 2005 by Fronteer Development (47.7%) and Altius Minerals (13.9%). The balance is widely held. More news from the Central Mineral Belt is posted at www.Aurora-Energy.ca.
