SASKATCHEWAN — Joint venture partners UEX Corporation (49%) of Vancouver and Areva Resources (51% and operator) of Saskatoon report that the infill drilling program at Shea Creek has identified a prospective, 900-metre mineralized corridor between the Anne and Kianna deposits. The Shea Creek project is located in the western Athabasca Basin.

The determination was made during the summer-fall 2008 drilling program. Highlighted results included 8.42% U3O8 over 12.6 metres at Kianna and 4.58% U3O8 over 15.5 metres at Anne. Drilling between the deposits revealed that the unconformity is continuous between them and open to both the northwest and southeast.

Additional details about the Shea project will soon be posted at www.UEX-Corporation.com.
