SASKATCHEWAN - The initial resource estimate for the East zone doubles the overall size of Hathor Exploration's Roughrider uranium deposit on the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin. The East zone by itself contains over 30 million lb of uranium oxide in the inferred category. More accurately, that is 118,000 tonnes averaging 11.58% U3O8.

Hathor describes the Roughrider deposit as shallow (200 metres), basement hosted, low arsenic and with uranium oxide recovery rates as high as 98%. Earlier resource estimates described 394,200 tonnes grading 1.98% U3O8 using a 0.05% U3O8 cutoff in the indicated category, plus 43,600 tonnes at 11.03% U3O8.

The Roughrider deposit is located 11 km from Areva's McClean Lake mill and 25 km from Cameco's Rabbit Lake mill. Additional information is available at www.Hathor.ca.
