ZINC-LEAD: Wolfden reports first assays from Rocky Turn at Tetagouche

NEW BRUNSWICK – Wolfden Resources Corp. of Thunder Bay, ON, has released the initial assays from drilling the Rocky Turn target at the Tetagouche zinc-lead property 25 km west of Bathurst. The target has been traced intermittently along a strike length of 700 metres. Massive sulphides were intersected in in five of the seven drill holes placed along a strike length of 150 metres to a depth of 100 metres.

Assays have been received from three of these holes. Hole T-14-02 returned 2.65% Zn, 0.54% Pb and 0.23% Cu over a true width of 4.78 metres. Hole 04 returned 4.76% Zn, 2.01% Pb and 0.27% Cu over a true width of  1.05 metres, including 0.79 metre that assayed 6.35% Zn, 2.68% Pb and 0.35% Cu. Hole 05 returned 1.35% Zn, 0.31% Pb and 0.03% Cu over a true width of 1.35 metre, including 0.19 metre of 7.99% Zn, 1.86% Pb and 0.22% Cu. Gold and silver values were also noted.
