Sheltered Oak Announces Resignation from Board

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 12, 2012) - Sheltered Oak Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:OAK) ("OAK" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Rene Aubert has resigned from the Board of Directors effective November 8, 2012.

The Company appreciates the contributions that Mr. Aubert has made to Sheltered Oak and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
