These photos show two views of Supreme Steel structures and how they are designed to compliment a customer’s site. The aerial looks at the aesthetics of the building while the interior photo clearly shows the orderly way in which manufacturing components are designed within the structures.

Investing in the future

Adanac Molybdenum Corp. of Surrey, B. C., just announced that it plans to spend approximately $26 million on the construction of various buildings to house a power plant, crusher, processor, and maintenance operations at its Ruby Creek mine near Atlin, B. C.

The order, awarded to Supreme Steel Ltd., of Edmonton, calls for building steel frames, some interior platforms, doors and cladding. All materials will be fabricated at Supreme’s Edmonton and Delta shops and transported to the Ruby Creek site starting in June 2009.

Adanac had previously ordered long-delivery mining and processing equipment to allow the project site construction to start in February 2009 with production to start in the fourth quarter of 2010.

Total cost of equipment and materials ordered to date for the Ruby Creek Mine project is approximately $137 million.

Adanac has already built a road to the site as well as installed a 100- person camp. All necessary permits to construct the mine are also now in place in preparation for the 2010 start up.
