Golden Predator Royalty & Development Corp. (Golden Predator) is now listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under (TSX:GPD).

Shortly after earning this listing, the company announced that it, along with Strategic Metals Inc (Strategic) TSX-V:SMD, Rockhaven Resources Ltd (Rockhaven) (TSX-V:RK) and Plato West Holding Inc. (Platoro) (CNSX:PWH) are pleased to announce they have executed a letter of intent pursuant to which Golden Predator, Strategic and Rockhaven will contribute their portfolio of silver assets into Platoro, which will be renamed Silver Predator Mines Inc.

Silver Predator has been formed to realize the value of the assets of the companies involved to create a premier silver exploration and development company with its principal projects located in two of the top mining jurisdictions in the world: the Yukon and Nevada.

Louis A. Lepry, a geologist with more than 30 years experience in the international mineral exploration and development business, will serves as Silver Predator’s President and CEO.
