Our Business Expertise: Heath & Sherwood is proud of its heritage as the oldest company in Kirkland Lake and one of this town's major employers. In 2017, H&S celebrated its 90th year of operation from its home on the Mile of Gold in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada. To celebrate their partnership, Consep presented Heath & Sherwood with a statue of an ice hockey player completely made of stainless steel. We affectionately named him Sydney (Conseps hometown) and are glad to now have him in the town that built the NHL! H&S supplies a complete line of standard and custom designed automatic samplers for metallurgical accounting, feeding process control analyzers for inventory accounting and process control requirements. Product line also includes smelter equipment for tuyere line management the Gaspé puncher, tuyere pyrometer, tuyere silencer and original Gaspé puncher mounted refractory brick drill. H&S has a reputation for close contact with its customers and prides itself on client service that adapts the product line to specific customer needs. Each project is considered a partnering process with the customer to ensure a good engineered solution is achieved for every installation. The technical team assists customers in all aspects of each project from product development, system layout, custom manufacturing to special fabrication services.
