STOCKHOLM - ATLAS COPCO has acquired the assets of ROTEX OY of Finland for an undisclosed price. Rotex is a leading manufacturer of consumables for overburden drilling. Atlas Copco says the line of Rotex products will complement those of its Craelius division.
