DESCRIPTION:The 9th International Conference on Sustainable Development in the Minerals Industry (SDIMI) Call for abstracts is still open! The deadline to submit your abstract has been extended to Oct. 1\, 2018. Visit the website for the conference themes and submission guidelines: http://sdimi.ausimm.com/ \nWe have received abstracts from around the world\, and we encourage you to submit your abstract to take part in this international event. \nSDIMI 2019 will be held in Sydney on May 27-29\, 2019\, and the main theme for the conference is “embedding social licence: perspectives and promises.” \nThe Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Australian Centre for Sustainable Mining Practices (ACSMP) at the University of NSW will jointly host this conference.
