DESCRIPTION:Welcome to join Outotec live webinars on flotation sampling. \nThe new flotation webinar series includes three specially defined topics on sampling that will be presented and discussed by Outotec experts. These sessions focus on sampling in minerals processing\, covering both theory and practical approach\, including best practices and process insight. \nWebinar 1: Introduction to minerals processing sampling\nWebinar 2: From sampling to simulation of flotation process\nWebinar 3: Process sampling practices \nAfter introducing the theory and fundamentals behind sampling\, this webinar will focus on sampling procedures\, mass balancing and simulation of a flotation bank. It is important to understand the performance of a bank and the individual cells. Overlooking individual cells may result in inaccurate and therefore misleading conclusions. To overcome this issue\, the webinar aims to explain:\n– Manual sampling procedures\n– Combining results with the HSC simulation tool\n– Optimizing the flotation bank in order to improve plant output \nDuration of the presentation is approximately 45 minutes with 15 minutes Q&A at the end.
