Canada’s top researchers and engineers get awards

A few of Canada’s top researchers in the natural sciences and engineering were recently recognized for their work by receiving awards from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
Canada’s Governor General, The Right Honourable David Johnston, presented the awards in recognition of groundbreaking discoveries about Earth Science, and for putting the topics of R&D and Education as key issues in Social Responsibility and Contributions to Society and various aspects of Sustainability.
