New global OTR field service program

World Trade Association (WTA) of Coral Springs, Fla., has launched a new global Off the Road (OTR) field service program, the first independent OTR tire distributor to do so. The program will help companies in mining and construction to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime and maximize tire performance. Under the new program, OTR tire experts will be dispatched to any location to provide on-site analysis of operating conditions, provide comprehensive preventative maintenance procedures, recommend the proper tire customizations for every job site application, and provide maintenance and repair advice as needed.

The company’s goal is to provide a line of OTR tires that will compete with the majors. WTA supports its Xtreme OTR program with a comprehensive warranty and also provides US$5 million of international and US$6 million of domestic product liability insurance.
