Management changes announced this week:

Abasca Resources reported the promotion of Brian McEwan to the position of vice president of exploration and development.

Atlas Critical Minerals welcomed James Schloffer as chief technical officer.

B2Gold announced that as part of the company’s leadership succession planning, Clive Johnson has decided to retire from his role as president, CEO, and director of the company at the AGM scheduled to be held on June 4, 2026. The board of directors has named Mike Cinnamond to succeed Johnson as president and CEO.  Cinnamond will also replace Johnson on the Board of Directors.

Barrick Mining promoted James J. McGuire to the position of chief legal and policy officer and Woo Lee as chief global affairs officer.
