BRITISH COLUMBIA - NEW GOLD of Vancouver has selected CEMENTATION CANADA as the underground mining contractor for the proposed development of New Gold's New Afton copper-gold project, 10 km west of Kamloops. Cementation has already begun Phase One of the contract, completing the feasibility study. In Phase Two Cementation will supply management, supervision and labour to bring the project through to production.
The New Afton property hosts measured and indicated resources of 65.7 million tonnes grading 1.02% Cu, 0.77 g/t Au and 2.59 g/t Ag. More information is available at www.NewGoldInc.com.
