VANCOUVER, British Columbia Black Swan Resources shareholders approved a name change for the company to BRAZILIAN DIAMONDS LIMITED. It is now trading under its new name and symbol (BDY) on the Toronto exchange. The name change reflects the company's interest in developing the Canastra 1 kimberlite body, the first such undertaking in Brazil.
