First Majestic operates three separate silver mines in Mexico: the La Parrilla mine; the San Martin mine; and the La Encantada mine. Each of these operating units is 100% held by Corporacion First Majestic, S.A. de C.V., a wholly owned subsidiary based in Durango, Mexico.
