NORTHERN ONTARIO - DIANOR RESOURCES of Val d'Or, Quebec, has recovered 1,562 diamonds from hole Chab 05-10, which intersected 137.30 metres of diamond-bearing conglomerate on its Leadbetter property near Wawa. The largest diamond measured 2.45x2.48x2.06 mm and weighed 0.08 ct. It is described as a colourless, clear, broken stone. Dianor has five diamond prospects in Ontario and Quebec, and Leadbetter is currently the focus of its efforts. The company is earning an 80% interest from prospector Joseph Leadbetter. Drilling began in April 2005.
