ONTARIO – BLACK PEARL MINERALS of Vancouver has received a NI43-101 report saying its Timmins gold property 30 km north of downtown Timmins has the potential to contain between 1.5 million and 2.5 million oz of gold. So far the indicated resource is 362,090 tonnes grading 8.0 g/t Au and the total inferred resource is 592,070 tonnes grading 7.3 g/t Au.

The report, prepared by GEOEX LTD. of Toronto, compares Black Pearl’s property to the mines that occur in the Bell Creek-Hoyle Pond trend of the Timmins camp. It also recommends underground exploration and development to collect data from which a feasibility study can be compiled.

Additional details on the potential of the Timmins property are available in the press release dated Jan. 28, 2008, at www.BlackPearlMinerals.com.
