Richard T. Mahler is retiring, and FINNING INTERNATIONAL has announced that Wayne M. Bingham will succeed him as executive VP and CFO. Paul J.C. Jarvis will become president of FINNING POWER SYSTEMS when Jack A. Carthy retires from the position on July 31.
