Kerry Knoll, former editor of Canadian Mining Journal, has been appointed interim president and CEO at Toronto-based Canada Lithium Corp.

 

Minera Andes, headquartered in Spokane, WA, has named Rob McEwen its interim president, CEO and a director. He replaces Allen Ambrose who will continue to sit on the board.

 

Toronto-based Platmin Limited has named Keith Liddell as executive chairman.

 

Raymond W. Threlkeld is the new president and CEO of Rainy River Resources in Vancouver. He replaces the retiring Nelson W. Baker. Threlkeld was president and CEO at Western Goldfields before it merged with New Gold.

 

Saint Andrew Goldfields of Oakville, ON, has named Graham Farquharson to its board of directors. A native of Timmins, ON, he holds a mining engineering degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Queen's University.
