There are new faces on the DIAMOND FIELDS INTERNATIONAL board of directors and its management team. Gregg J. Sedun is the new president and CEO. John Collier, Earl Young, and Roger Daniel have become directors. Jean-Raymond Boulle has stepped down from the board and his responsibilities as interim chairman and CEO.

CORNERSTONE CAPITAL RESOURCES of Mount Pearl, Nfld., has made the first two appointments to its newly-formed advisory board. One advisor is Jonathan Challis, president of Shore Gold, and the other is Gary German, president of Falcon Strategy & Management.

Shareholders of ROMARCO MINERALS of Vancouver have elected Ralf Langner to the board. He has been CFO of the company since earlier this year. Also elected were incumbent directors David Beling, Diane Garrett, Leendert Krol, R.J. (Don) MacDonald, Joseph van Bastelaar, and Robert van Doorn.

SHORE GOLD of Saskatoon has elected two new directors: Neil McMillan, a former member of the Saskatchewan Legislature, and Arnie Hillier, formerly of Claude Resources and Cameco.

Jean-Charles Potvin, president, CEO and founder of Tiomin Resources, has been appointed to the board of Montreal's EXPLORATION AZIMUT.

ARIANE GOLD of Longueuil, Que., elected Leanne M. Baker to the board of directors at its annual meeting on June 16. She is currently a consultant to a number of companies in the mining sector and before that worked as an equity research analyst at Salomon Smith Barney.

President Stephen Case has announced the resignation of Donald McKinnon from the board of MCK MINING.
