OTTAWA - The CANADIAN LAND RECLAMATION ASSOCIATION has extended the deadline for authors wanting to present papers at its annual meeting this summer. The new deadline is March 15, 2006. The meeting will cover a wide range of themes including site assessment, habitats, surface and groundwater improvements, wetlands, innovative technologies, permitting and more.
The meeting will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ottawa on August 20-23. The organizers anticipate over 80 professional presentations. They are also planning pre-conference short courses, field trips and a trade show. A full social program will be available.
