DIAMOND PROCESSING – Up to 400,000 ct/day capacity

NEW MEXICO - APPLIED THERMAL SYSTEMS of Albuquerque has a new addition to its world-class diamond processing systems. The Model 300 series of acid processing systems for diamond cleaning encompasses automated processing, ultra safety, security, and high throughput for very efficient diamond processing at low cost.

The series is sized for the needs of all companies. The Model 300A can process up to 400,000 carats per day with up to six acids, while the Model 350A can process up to 10,000 carats a day with up to three acids.

All systems are equipped with a de-ionized water system for efficient acid removal, and heated air for rapid diamond drying. The PFK300 series includes stand-alone turnkey systems. The series has been designed to safely handle the most dangerous acids used in the industry today, and meet all safety and power standards required wherever installed.
