REalloys appointed former U.S. Secretary of Defense’s Chief of Staff Joe Kasper as chair of its advisory board, placing a senior defense supply chain official at the center of its push to build a U.S.-aligned rare earth metals platform as the country faces limited domestic supply and a hard 2027 deadline requiring U.S. defense systems to eliminate Chinese-sourced inputs. Management changes announced this week:

Andean Precious Metals advised Yohann Bouchard and the company have mutually agreed to part ways. To support the transition, Bouchard will be engaged by the company in a consulting capacity.

Avalon Advanced Materials added Burl Joseph as project manager to lead the advancement of the company's Nechalacho rare earth elements and zirconium project in the Northwest Territories.

Banyan Gold raised Patrick Langlois to the position of vice president of strategy and corporate development.

Blossom Gold appointed Brandon Throop as vice president of investor relations.

Centerra Gold reported David Hendriks, executive vice president and chief operating officer, will be leaving the company. He will remain available to the company in a consulting capacity to support a smooth transition. Mike Sylvestre will assume the responsibilities of COO on an interim basis.

Goldflare Exploration accepted the resignation of its CFO, David Corbeil-Héneault, effective no later than April 15. 

Intrepid Metals announced a leadership transition. Mark J. Morabito, founder of the company and its chairman and CEO, will step down from his roles. Morabito will be succeeded by Matt Lennox-King, who will join the board of directors and assume the role of interim CEO and chairman.

Latin Explore appointed Mike Basha as interim president and CEO.

Oroco Resource announced the resignation of Richard Lock as CEO and a director of the company for personal reasons, effective April 30, 2026.

Rio2 announced on March 27, 2026 it made a voluntary payment of US$20 million plus accrued interest on the vendor debt related to its Condestable copper mine. Following that transaction, Enrique Ramirez has been appointed to senior vice president of mining and general manager of Condestable. Mariano Alarco has been appointed to senior director of operational excellence. Carola Gallo has been appointed to director of finance. Edgardo Briones has transitioned to the role of senior director of projects. Christopher Diaz has transitioned to the role of senior vice president of finance. Adolfo Vera, founder, director, president and general manager of SPM (former Condestable owner), has departed his executive roles and will continue as an advisor to the executive management team.

South Pacific Metals announced Rebecca Moriarity will be joining the company as CFO on April 30, 2026.

Super Copper welcomed Andrés Encina as country manager for Chile.

West Point Gold reported Amandip Singh has been appointed vice president of corporate development.

West Red Lake Gold Mines promoted Jaclyn Ruptash to the role of vice president of communications.

Bathurst Metals welcomed Etienne Gouin-Proulx and Jean Francois Meilleur to the board of directors. Harold Forzley has resigned from the company. Gouin-Proulx will be filling Forzley’s board position and also be serving as the interim CEO.  

FinEx Metals announced Ernest Mast has resigned from the board of directors.

Intrepid Metals announced the appointment of Dan Barnholden to its board of directors.

Lincoln Gold Mining is pleased Curtis R. Stewart has been appointed to its board of directors.

Marimaca Copper reported the appointment of Zenon Wozniak as an independent non-executive director. The company also announced Giancarlo Bruno Lagomarsino has been appointed as independent non-executive chair, succeeding Michael Haworth who will remain as a non-executive director. In addition, non-executive directors Alan Stephens and Clive Newall have announced their retirement from the board.

MetalQuest Mining added Ali Alizadeh to the company’s board of directors.

Nation Gold appointed Michael Townsend to its board of directors, replacing Craig Taylor who has agreed to resign to facilitate Townsend's appointment to the board as an independent director.

Regency Silver announced changes to its board of directors. Raj Chowdry and Frank Cordova have been appointed to the board. 

Sego Resources added Felix Grabher to the board of directors, subject to regulatory approval.

South Pacific Metals appointed Simon Jackson to the board of directors of the company.

Talon Metals appointed Juan Andrés Morel as chairman of the board. Morel succeeds Henri van Rooyen.

Temas Resources formed its new scientific advisory board (SAB) to accelerate the commercialization and global deployment of its proprietary Regenerative Chloride Leaching (RCL) technology. Inaugural members of the SAB include: David Caldwell, Dr. Vaikuntam I. Lakshmanan, and Daniel Dutton.

Ventra Metals welcomed Shawn Nichols to its board of directors.
