MinE-com 2001 proceedings on the net
Three hundred people attended CAMESE’s MinE-com 2001 Conferences on E-commerce in the Mining Industry, held in Toronto and Vancouver in April. Industry-leading buyers, sellers, enablers and e-marketplaces made presentations on the threats and opportunities in the developing e-commercialization of the global mining industry.
Now the mining world can benefit from the MinE-com 2001 experience. The Toronto presentations in audiovisual and Powerpoint formats, are available on the Internet, but only until the end of July. Go to www.camese.org and click on MinE-com 2001 Proceedings on the opening page.
This is believed to be the first time a mining industry conference has been made so widely available to an Internet audience.
