School Days

Science teachers and earth scientists…meet at GeoSciEd IV, a conference of the International Geoscience Education Organization, in Calgary, Alta. on Aug. 10-14, 2003. Teachers from elementary to university level and earth scientists will meet to share ideas on how to teach about our planet. There will be workshops, keynote addresses, oral and poster sessions plus field trips to many world-renowned sites including the Rocky Mountains, the Burgess Shale, the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology, the Frank Slide and the Athabasca Glacier.
