TORONTO - For the sixth time, WARDROP ENGINEERING has been named to the list of Canada's Top 100 Employers. The list was published in the Oct. 10 edition of "MacLean's" magazine.
Wardrop was recognized for the number of initiatives implemented over the last year related to employee development. Specific items included the establishment of a chief discipline structure and chief discipline portal, increased budget for employee training, management training to bring out the best in people, the number of social activities and promotions within the company, and the firm's diverse workforce demographics. Most importantly, MacLean's determined that while Wardrop is one of the fastest growing companies in Canada, its growth is the result of the hard work, dedication, and effort of the employees.
